Sites are available inside the Pavilion Building and outside on the grassed area. Exhibitors with large equipment who require larger space are recommended to book an outside space. If you require a marquee for your outside site please speak with our events team who would be happy to assist you.

Working with Children Check*

As part of our Child Safety Policy, we ask that all our exhibitors hold a current Working With Children Check when attending our event. If they don't currently hold a WWCC it's an easy process to apply online at www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au, before the event. And as a volunteer, its free.
